Digital site inductions

Perehdytys.fi is built especially for site inductions, but the same service also works for factory sites, events and any other place where workers, contractors or visitors need an induction. Every induction is documented.

How an induction works

    You build a site-specific induction form yourself, and all language versions use the same PIN code.

  2. Sharing

    The participant gets a PIN code, a link or the site's QR code, with no user account needed.

  3. Filling in

    The participant goes through the induction, saves their cards and signs electronically.

  4. Approval

    The participant's details are checked automatically, and the approver makes the decision.

  5. To the site

    Cards are saved in the register, and reports stay up to date.

The service includes electronic approval, an electronic signature and a handling history that can be used to show who completed an induction and when.
